The Voice Agent AI revolution is here
AI.
These days, it’s all we ever hear about. Despite the mixed sentiment around this lifelike bit of tech, it’s clear that it has been one of the most disruptive forces across the board, particularly in the generative AI sphere. This includes the creation of content such as graphics, text and music, but agentic AI, and more specifically, voice, is where Gtele.com sees the most business potential. It is also what has led to the recent launch of the official HaiLO Voice Agent AI platform.
“Blending our voice capability and agentic AI was an obvious next step for us, and after many months of developing and refining HaiLO, launching the platform is definitely a proud moment for me,” says Simon Cutler, a Director at Gtele.com.
Realistic, responsive, round-the-clock answering
HaiLO is an incredibly powerful tool that uses some of the world’s leading software and technology to respond in a way that ensures conversations flow naturally.
“It’s unbelievable how realistic and personal conversations with HaiLO feel. Not only this, but the feedback we’ve had on our AI voice agents’ ability to help callers work through a range difficult scenarios, even before they need to route the call to a live agent, has been remarkable,” adds Cutler.
HaiLO has been designed to prioritise care at the highest level, and its emotional intelligence allows it to respond in a calm, caring manner, empathising with callers who may be in distress – 24/7. HaiLO can handle a large volume of different calls at once, but most importantly, it recognises when a human is best placed to deal with the situation, and will, at any point it is asked, immediately put the call through to a live agent.
“Our AI voice agents aren’t intended to replace people – rather support them and ensure that their time and skills are put to better use than answering FAQs,” notes Cutler.
Knowledge, personalisation, and insights
HaiLO’s outputs draw only from the resources and information that form part of its knowledge base, meaning it can only respond within these parameters.
“One of the challenges of traditional AIs is that they draw from sources that may not be verified, or are outdated, or are just completely wrong. With HaiLO, each AI voice agent’s knowledge base can be updated to change responses in real-time, and if something goes wrong, we can easily track where the issue has come in,” Cutler reveals.
HaiLO has also been set up in a way that allows analytics and insights to be drawn from each call, with summaries and important information captured and stored. The benefits of this are twofold and mean that:
Agents can provide more personalised experiences by referring to previous conversations.
Outputs can be improved to deliver better experiences and outcomes in the future.
This includes adapting HaiLO’s personality to numerous industries or even callers – a warm, soothing voice may work better for medical practices, whereas a strong, authoritative tone could be better suited for a solicitor. Whatever your industry or the size of your business, HaiLO is smart, adaptable, and can be constantly tweaked to deliver the results you want to see.
A massive market in the making
The numbers show a very clear picture of where the market is heading.
A report by Fortune Business Insights published in April this year shows that agentic AI was valued at US$7.29 billion. This year, it is expected to hit $9.14 billion, and by 2034, $139.19 billion, and the reason for this explosive growth appears to lie in its uptake.
“Right now, I don’t know of a single business that isn’t exploring how they can plug into AI, explains Cutler, and the numbers reflect just how quickly AI is being adopted.
According to Gartner, the automation of repetitive and basic tasks that require no more than human oversight to run smoothly will save businesses up to 30% of their operational costs in the next few years. It would seem that many are realising just how exciting this opportunity is, and by 2029, 80% of common customer service issues will be autonomously resolved.
“There is a huge success story in the making here, and we’re confident that the potential that exists for us to leverage this opportunity is one that we can easily replicate and share,” concludes Cutler.
